We strongly believe in the power of collaboration and are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to lead our go-to-market strategy in Belgium. This role involves building and managing a network of independent software vendors (ISVs) and other strategic partners.

About the Role

🚀 Customer Support Specialist België

As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers in Belgium. With your excellent command of the French language, you assist French-speaking customers quickly and kindly with their questions and technical issues. You ensure an optimal customer experience and resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you work closely with various teams to solve problems swiftly. You gather valuable feedback to help improve our products and processes. Through your dedication, you contribute to Klearly’s success and growth in the Belgian market. In this way, you help both our customers and the company to further develop.

What you will do / Responsibilities:

  • Quickly and efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate with customers in Dutch and French, both verbally and in writing.
  • Register, track, and document support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and sales teams to resolve customer problems.
  • Collect customer feedback and proactively identify recurring issues to suggest improvements for products and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have experience with or an interest in fintech products and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • With strong proficiency in both French and Dutch, you explain matters clearly and kindly to customers.
  • You are patient, thoughtful, and always ensure a positive customer experience.
  • You proactively identify recurring issues and use customer feedback to improve products and processes.
  • You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with other teams to provide the best possible support to customers.
