We strongly believe in the power of collaboration and are looking for an entrepreneurial Partnership Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy in Belgium. This role involves building and managing a network of independent software vendors (ISVs) and other strategic partners.
About the Role
🚀 Partnership Manager Belgium
You will build our presence in Belgium from the ground up.
As our very first hire in Belgium, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead Klearly’s market entry. You’ll spot opportunities, forge smart partnerships, and build a network of ISVs, POS providers, and other key partners. You’ll be our local eyes, ears, and voice — representing Klearly in the market and bringing valuable insights back to the team. In this role, you’ll lay the foundation for our growth in Belgium and set the stage for your own progression towards a Country Manager position.
What You’ll Do / Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our go-to-market strategy for Belgium.
- Build and activate a network of ISVs, POS providers, and other tech partners.
- Connect with the right people, close deals, and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
- Collaborate closely with our product, operations, and tech teams to ensure smooth integrations.
- Monitor the partnership pipeline, track results, and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Klearly at events and boost our visibility within the Belgian fintech and SaaS communities.
What We’re Looking For
- You have at least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a commercial role — and know how to bring deals to life.
- You have a strong network in the Belgian hospitality sector and/or the ISV landscape.
- You have a proven track record of establishing and growing partnerships, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments environments.
- You think like an entrepreneur: hands-on, creative, and self-starting — thriving in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- You communicate persuasively, negotiate with flair, and build trust effortlessly.
- You speak fluent Dutch, French, and English — whether on calls, emails, or at events.
