We strongly believe in the power of partnerships and are looking for an entrepreneurial Partnership Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy in Italy. This role involves building and managing a network of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and other strategic partners.

About the Role

🚀 Partnership Manager Italy

As our first hire in Italy, you’ll be responsible for launching and growing the Italian market. You’ll drive Klearly’s market entry by identifying, signing, and scaling partnerships with ISV’s, POS vendors, and other ecosystem players. You’ll be our local eyes and ears, representing Klearly to the market and bringing market insights back to the team.

This is a high-impact role with the potential to evolve into a Country Manager position.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities

  • Develop and excute the go-to-market strategy for Italy through partnerships.
  • Identify and sign commercial partnerships with ISV’s, POS vendors, system integrators, and other relevant partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with product, OPS, and tech teams to align on partner integration and enablement.
  • Track and report on partnership pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent Klearly at events and within the Italian fintech and software community.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial
    roles.
  • Strong network in the Italian hospitality and/or ISV ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of initiating and scaling commercial partnerships, ideally in a
    fintech, SaaS, or payments environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re resourceful, hands-on, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch, Italian and English.
